Barbara Shelby has spent her career in educational environments and worker training programs that provide fundamental scientific principles and information on the studies in behavioral psychology, school psychology, and educational methodologies. She worked as a school psychologist for the New Orleans Public School System for thirty (30) years identifying and placing gifted and disabled children, and has worked with students requiring remedial academic services and behavioral interventions. Barbara is a graduate of Fisk University in Nashville, Tennessee where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology. At her core, she has a deep empathy for people and enjoys rendering services. This stems from her personal belief that “to whom much is given – much is required.”
